I provide capacity support directly to BIPOC and first-generation professionals including youth, early professionals and entrepreneurs. I also work with organizations & companies that offer valuable tools and resources for these communities.

I take ideas and make things happen, leading the full project lifecycle from strategy to implementation and evaluation. I often work with growth-stage startups and new project launches. My expertise is in organizing, planning, and executing projects while navigating constraints such as budgets, schedules, and resources. I also help people get organized, helping set up operations.

.I am driven by my upbringing and hopes for the future. As a child of immigrants and a first-gen professional, I have benefited from the system as well as witnessed the betrayal of it. These inequities motivate me to work towards leveling the playing field by helping communities access quality resources for career mobility and empowerment.
